Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and manage returns easily.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us at contact@fashfizz.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 3–6 business days
Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days from the date of order
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Returns and Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Q: How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@fashfizz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
