Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and manage returns more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@fashfizz.co.uk with your order number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping time: 3–6 business days
- Total estimated delivery time: 4–9 business days from the date of order
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How do I return an item?
Email us at contact@fashfizz.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some popular items may be restocked. You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page or follow us on Instagram for updates.
