- Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes between 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within the UK, with no minimum purchase required!
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email, so you can track your package every step of the way.
- Delivery Restrictions: We currently only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help you with a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached. We cannot accept returns on worn or washed items.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns to ensure your item reaches us safely.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
How to Return an Item
If you'd like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- We'll send you a return authorization along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Package the items securely and ship them back to us at the address provided in your return instructions.
- Once we receive the items, we'll process your return and refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@fashfizz.co.uk with photos of the damage. We’ll provide you with a return label and send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
